His college years at Northwestern State University further honed his leadership skills, where he earned a degree in Marketing and engaged in student governance. Henry's upbringing instilled in him strong moral values, leading him to pursue ministry and counseling roles.
Throughout his career, Henry has held positions in various organizations, ranging from executive roles in churches to leadership positions in nonprofit organizations. Notably, he has contributed significantly to the community through his work with organizations such as Somebody Cares, Operation Blessing International, and Lifehouse Houston. Additionally, Henry's involvement in political consulting with Campaign Crate and his service on the Katy ISD Board of Trustees demonstrate his commitment to shaping policy and serving his community.
Henry's accomplishments extend beyond his professional endeavors, as evidenced by his recognition as a Dean Nicholas Award recipient and his election to the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of School Boards.
